We offer a free 15 minute consultation where we explore your needs for mental health services and decide together if we are a good fit and want to move forward in the therapy process.

Our first session is a diagnostic assessment so we have a clear picture of your problems and how we can help.

$250

As we progress with our treatment plan, we schedule individual therapy sessions to proceed with the treatment we decided on or make adjustments.

$200/session

We are out-of-network with most insurance plans, with the exception of Aetna (OH residents only) . That doesn’t mean that you are on the hook for all costs associated with therapy! We strongly encourage you to look into your out-of-network benefits through your insurance carrier - We are able to provide a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement (or, Superbill), that you can submit for reimbursement of any out-of-network benefits you may have.

We also accept payment with HSA/FSA accounts.
